I had bought some M3 replicas before this but noticed that they do not sit flush to the body of the standard e30.

So I have bought some E30 Mtec replica sideskirts for my BM. These sit flush to the body and clip on the underseals of the car. However they have nothing to attach themselves to, where they curve up to meet the wheel arches. I know that I could attach self tapping screw however I do not want to ruin the body work, as I am trying to leave everything as clean and 'standard looking' as possible. I might end up taking them off years down the line.

In which case i was wondering if there is any type of sealant or fixative that I could use to hold them in place. Something that would stick well enough to take harsh rain or winds, but could come off if given a hard pull and persuasion with some warm water.

I was thinking of something similar to that clear sticky stuff that you get on the back of banks cards and stuff when you get them sent through the post. You know what I mean, those little blobs of stickly stuff that come off with a tug? Anyone?
