Email saying "confirmation code request"?

Hey guys

Just a quick one;

I got an email saying the following;

"A web user with IP address......... had requested a password change for my account?

The confirmation is........, with this code I can now change my password at the following link..........

If you didn't asked for this, don't worry just delete this email"

Is this a hacker trying to get intothe zone and corrupt it or is this general practice?

That dont sound normal mate!

Delete the email then maybe change your password as a precaution. Dont use the link provided in the email to change your password.

yeh thats what I thought, I didn't touch the link, and the spelling was dodgy in the last line, it did actually say "asked" instead of "ask".

How do I let a mod know and who is best to tell?
