Get a second hand one or drill them out and helicoil them, i had to do one of my M30 manifolds, i think i got my helicoil kit from here

http://www.cromwell.co.uk/quicksearch?id=Zc4XndGg

Take your time drilling the old studs out and use some oil on your drill bit so it dosen't over heat and go blunt

If you have any stud sticking out the head, remove and replace dont drill unless there is no stud out the head.

You get a tool not sure what they are called that goes on a racket and bits to the stud to either put in or remove them may be worth a purchase

there about 5mm deep and havent sheared flat! and yes i tried a stud extractor / easy out set! the guy who tried it last time has made it to awkward with head damage and tempering the stud etc, so looks like bang a weld in and rip it out or new head ./ engine
