Now that the new(E90 ?) 335 is out is any one going to get the badge to go with their M30 swap ?

i was going to butcher a 325i and 735i set to make one. there would be a join though

i have a 316i badge on my new tailgate so i may just leave that there! winkeye

is the new 335i badge in the same style do you reckon?

Now I thought about this (330i in my case), but I reckon more fun could be had leaving them debadged or 'underbadged' winkeye

Would be cool to see a 335i drive by though 8)

I've got to go to Sytners soon so i'll ask how much they are.

As far as i know they are the same/similar size/font ?

I think they are smaller these days, it would be more 'period' if you butchered an old one, but a new one would add a bit of modern comtemporary to your chariot. What the fu*k am I on about!? :eek:

Even on E46 each digit is separate so it not the problem to prepare 335i badge. But the shape is different.

im still toying with my badge choices as well,possibly going with the 320i as its technically true winkeye

I'm not sure i want to do it my self but the 335i badges are a very reasonable 9.95 inc VAT, no stock in this country so it will be 3-5 working days to get it in from the mother land.

that's not at all bad... i reckon i'll either stick with the 316i one or leave it off entirely though. oh, and remove that gastly 'M' badge while i'm at it!!!! (not put there by me i hasten to add!)

I was thinking about using a 318ti and 320i combo once the two zero is turbo'd.. or nothing lol
