17inch wheels, with 205tyres and an offset of 40....

im guessing i need ~15mm spacers, i dont really want to run spacers, but im going to have to if i want these wheels, is there anywhere i can get decent spacers with the center bore extentions on them?

also you reckon these wheels, spaced correctly, will work with a HnR 60/40 kit? 'work' as in not rub like a mother******

cheers

Depends on the rim width. You haven't said what it is.

Bolts.
Ideally you need 24mm offest for 7" rims, 18mm for 7.5" and 13mm for 8".

Assuming you're still running 4-bolt hubs Gareth, I'd go for 8" et 13.
