Yes
Sleeves are avaible used on a lot of alloy block jag & bmw v8's aboyut a grand a set fot ajv8 plus fitting, cheaper to get another block as it only a standard 2.5 m20, or bore out a 2.0

i cant be certain
if you look into the water way where the water pump goes on there is a pinhole about 1.8mm into cylinder number one (another 1.2 mm and it will make it through to the cylinder but we believe below where the pistons crown lowest point will be through a revolution) - we think this is caused by cavitation of the water pumps vortex creating a dryish spot and therefore leading to this mild corrosion as opposed to thinking the whole block/waterways have gone porous but are unsure of what to do next....
do we hope it aint porous and just jbweld that tiny litle pinhole and reassemble the engine
or do we rebore and resleeve the block?
if any one has any ideas advice or experience onthis i woiuld really apprreeeciate it as right now i haven't a clue.
