I travel about 400 miles a week and its ocurred to me over the last few weeks how few E30's i see. So this week I counted them...I didn't see one until wednesday and now at the end of my working week I have seen only 4 other E30's.
Do you think this is unusual or am I going blind ? My eyes always spot the unmistakeable lines from a distance.
I am gonna count again next week.
Peejay.

A few round here like that, real minters too, but they are just keeping them warm until they pop their clogs so we can buy them...
I see a 318i at work, a very battered M3 that lives nearby, a few tourings, a couple of 318is that I see on my way to work most days...
Mark.

Didnt seem to see many about a year or 2 ago round my way but now there seem to be loads about.
White cab 3 doors away, red 318 other end of the street parked round the back of a house, been there for about 8 months now with moss growing on it and a mint 4 door 325 at the end of my street.
seem to be seeing alot more on the way to work these days as well, how come there all coming out of the woodwork?

Similarly when I was living as a student in Coventry I didn't see a whole lot but when I moved back home to London I see them all the time. Think a lot of them must be cast offs from the city boys splashing their cash during the 80's economic boom

You had best move them Jon, police don't take nicely to people leaving turds lying around!
Look in your back garden, You see them all there!

Just comeback from East Africa, saw about 15 overall in 3 weeks, which is quite a lot for the amount of cars!
Most were in Nairobi / Mombasa, inbetween all the high spec Landcruisers (there is some real money there!) a couple were taxi's!
Most seamed to be UK or SA spec (they drive on the left), but there was at least one US spec dive-board bumper one!
Did see a few in the "wilds" as well. One chrome m20 that have over heated on (probably a cracked head!) a ""road"" towards the Masai Maara. This road was majorlly potholed, most of the time the viechle I ws in was driving on the dusty verge as it was a little smother.
Also I think it was an m10 on the Tanzanian border! Was a least 2hours away from the nearest (potholled) road. Shows the e30's off road ability!
Sadly I didn't get any photo's, when ever I had my camera ready, I didn't see any...
Oh were I live in East London I know of at least 6 that are parked within a 2 mins walk a me and only 1 is mine!

Do you see a gold 320i full of cubbly toys and an old couple driving, its got what looks like M-tech 1 replica/close custom kit on it rest standard. See it alot round where i am.
Theres also a M3 cab (replica i think, only see it from the bus) in yellow/gold around town.
Theres also a work in progress 325i slammed on the black stuff around.
