Damn right!!! Shrould be an amazing site. Don't be the one who wishes he/she was there. Be there!!! Going to take me about 5 hours to get there. So anyone in the south west looking to convoy up. I know idreambeemer is, let me know!!!

Lets make this really memorable and show why e30's are so special!!!!

Plus may be looking into a cheap campsite nearby if anyone's interested???? Also if anyone can give a heads up, please do!!! Roll on Santa Pod!!!!

i'm getting tickets on the day. i assume this is ok?

just in case anyone wants to meet up, we're heading up that way the night before and staying in a local travel lodge thingy. (well cheap if you book in advance)

(heading from east sussex, round the M25 and off upwards to the frozen north!!!!)

shame its only for the one day, bit too far for one day really, ends up being about 8-9 hours pure driving time, let alone by the time you get toilet/nap breaks every so often and then spend the day there

it is if your 4 hours drive away, just on the time aspect

its easy to find and a great place to be regardless of the show, i've been there loads of times over the last few years, always been a right laugh, even when it rained non stop last september/october

they've always been full weekends though where i've been kipping in the tent

if travelling ain't an issue then i would strongly advise going

Someone I am sure will be able to meet up with you and show you the way.....its gonna be a good day with potentially the biggest amount of E30s properly together in the UK this year.

we're here for the night if anyone wants to meet up for a beer or something?:
http://www.travelodge.co.uk/find_a_hote ... eHockliffe postcode LU7 9LZ
http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi? ... 000&icon=x

it only cost us £15 for the night. there is a closer travelodge but in a fit of daftness my wife didn't book that one!!!! we figured it will be easier to drive up the night before and do the show earlier rather than later. it's not too far for us (150 miles)

it's 30 miles from santa pod which is here: postcode NN29 7XA

Google maps quote for your route is 3 hours 23 minutes, 137 miles. Think the quotes must be very conservative!!! Looks like our paths cross just after Andover where the a34 meets the a303. It's an hour from Yeovil to that point..
