anybody used one of these, 49 quid sounds cheap if thats for 4? (looking to go on a touring)

not sure but remember you gotta get stronger springs on the touring cos its heavy!!

the touring have already got the mtech springs so dont chuck em when you take them out

they do 2 kits one for the coupe one for the touring

I am wondering this myself, i work in a garage that does a fair proportion of buisness with GSF sheffield and the parts seam ok on the whole.

Are these springs worth bothering with if fitted with bilstien shocks.... my budget is tighter than shoestring :mad: so would be a more realistic option than the H&R kit.

Had these on one of my past e30's, they are Sach Boge springs iirc?, and for the £Â£ superb, retain the supple ride without being bouncy. 35mm drop would be spot on

I have Apex on mine, Recommended :thumb:
