Hey everyone, noob here!

This has probably been mentioned b4.
What springs are best to have?
I want to lower my 325i Sport M-tech II by 40mm it has 17" Alpinas.
Would you recommend a 60mm drop?

Thanks for your help :D

H&R are ideal for road use.

Progressively coiled for comfort but also stiffer than standard and a nice ride height. Quality is brilliant.

Eibach make something which lowers around 35mm too - softer option over the H&R. Not many people use them but they are ok. Very very expensive though and for no good reason other than the distributer here hiking up the prices.

Apex, PI, Spax - all ok but not in the same league as H&R.

You will find a majority of people using H&R suspension here.

You then have the Cup Kits which comprise of 60/40 springs and shortened shocks. These are very popular and perform extremely well.
