Picked up a 325 tourer today and have to say very happy so far.

155k no tax or mot but very solid body virtually no rust in the common places and drives and goes very well.

I bought it cheap (£425) as I am to mot it myself and that is always a risk but on inspection it mostly seems roadworthy so fingers crossed :P

I need the lowest springs available (save the comments about handling and uprated shocks for another forum member lol) as I want it slammed. Any suggestions, possibily with pics, would be great

Lsd to be fitted asap and possibily a mtech2 front bumper if my mate finds it or a IS lip spoiler already offered to me through here :woohoo:

Where do I get smoked indys, rear lenses, and front lights from?

spax do a -60 as do most others.as steve says -60 is low enough for daily use but i believe you can get -80 springs but im not sure who makes them. doesnt your tourer already have an lsd? i thought it came as standard? you can gat most other things from the zone shop and ive found them cheaper than other quotes ive had

No not standard on tourers only standard on sports and m3's afaik (alpina's as well I guess).
It seems a lot of 325's have optional lsd's fitted though.

-80mm springs sound great but I will check out the zone shop

I can recommend the H&R coilover kit!! Fully adjustable - though i had Sal set mine at a sensible height so i can crawl over humps if i have to!! It's still a lot lower than when i got it though!!

Passed the test today only failed on steering rack boot and headlight adjustment £75 all in

Thanks for the advice re coilys chaps I am aware they are the best option but they would cost more than the car lol.
It is to be a cheap tramp drifter slammed and abused, although knowing my tendency towards cars it will be polished and well serviced :) and I will end up caring too much about it to drift it.

I had a go with t-cut this afternoon as it was almost matt black after a year and a half sat up. It has come up ok will get some pics up after I have done a few more bits and bobs.
