Finally the C2 has gone, Tony who is a user on here came all the way from Scotland to pick the car up yesterday, i have to give him a very "big up" as throughout the deal he has kept to his word and not messed me about, very charming bloke.

it was very sad to see my pride and joy go but Tony is a car nut and will look after her, it should be going to Gaydon, he has got a real bargain

in terms of this whole selling lark, i hated it never been so messed about in my life i thought it would be easy to sell a mint C2 but alas i was so stressed with people offering money, not turning up blah blah

Role on next weekend to get me new motor....im off to the darkside, selling the C2 could be worst mistake in my life but you have to live and die by the sword

Glad to hear it has gone to a Zoner.

I sold a car recently and luckily I avoided the dreaded 3Ts (Time-waster, Test-pilot and Tyre-Kicker). I have found autotrader to be pretty good for shifting a car.

That said you had something special. I wish I had the space and the cash.

What's the new ride?

i'm pleased it's gone to what sounds like a good home. i was pretty gutted at missing out on this one - it just came up when i didn't have the money and i couldn't raise the asking price quick enough.

oh well. good luck with the b3 hap - i hope it's everything you want from it. i've no doubt you'll look after it vary carefully.
