Have you got the gearbox you will be using yet Twigg?

I take it you know there are 2 different types of flanges :?

If I were you id be looking for a box with the smaller flange, that way you dont need to go to the extra expense of an M3 prop

The M3 prop has a larger flange, some M50 gearboxes have this large output flange and some have the smaller flange the same diameter as an E30 box.

If you put it side by side with a standard E30 prop it would look 'back to front'

Well you havnt read enough topics on the conversion then

Like I said, I would use a gearbox with the smaller flange and use the M3 prop money for a new M20 clutch 8)

Twi66y I have taken the prop of the B6 and if you like tomorrow I will take some pictures against a standard one and post them on here.So you can then see the difference. There was one for sale on german e-bay don't know what it went for and I didn't watch it.Don't know how often they come up for sale so £80 don't sound that bad.
