engine just cuts out

i had this problem yesterday and its done it again today.drivin down a dual carriageway and then the engine cuts out and nothin.pulled over started fine an away i went again.need some help as i shit the bed cheers

sounds like a dodgy earth, have u checked all ur power and earth are tight on ur battery etc

I get the same thing now and then, and was advised to check the dme relay.

I had this and it was the fiel pump. It was ok until it started not to start again then i replaced it.

changd fuel filter,checked earth and cant find relay should i get it plugged in need to get it sorted for gaydon

exactly the same as mine, i changed filter and pump and now works

same thing as it did to me it turned out to be the fuel pump, hope u get it sorted in time for gaydon
