HELP NEEDED e36 m3 3.0 litre engine conversion into e30 325i

Hey guys, i'm a motorsport engineering student at swansea institute and have a big project required as part of the course. I've decided to do a e36 m3 engine conversion into my e30 325i coupe and would be gratefull if anyone could give me any advise about what exactly needs swaping and changing and any worth while advise for this job. I also have plans to put the e36 shocks, discs and calipers on, i hear this is a straight swap,is this true if so anyone no of any problems that can be encountered?

Welcome to the zone, and what an excellent choice of conversion

We will all help where we can, but I think Ian332isport james330i (?) and Buster(?) are your best source as they have all done (or in the process of doing) the M3/Evo conversions
