So if I do get this engine with a worn clutch bearing, I would need to replace the clutch. How much does a standard original MF240/K (brown) sell at?

What about a performance clutch kit?

Just some ballpark figures so I can get an idea of what discount to ask for!

Either e28 or e34 depending on generation of the car it's coming from.

Oh, and it's stateside, haven't seen much UK based for the M30, infact haven't seen any.

The other option is to use the M5 clutch but this is dependent on what flywheel you have. If you needed to swap flywheel it's cheaper to get a clutch from the US..

Why do you want a performance one? what are you doing to the engine that requires it, afaik Toby is running a normal brown on his 335 turbo with no issues.. the uprated clutches tend to be a lot harsher than a normal clutch and have a very 'digital' feel to them, i.e. about 0.5cm of bite point..lots of revs at lights annoying plod.. then there's the stall it and look stupid or lots of wheelspin and more plod annoying :)

Is it the single mass fly or the dual mass you need Kos?
