What is the standard curb weight of the following two cars:

1. E30 323i

2. E30 318is

Also is it true that the is is stiffer than the 323i?

Mainly due to the fact that the iS has less rust!

The iS chassis is no different to any other post-facelift chassis, i don't know of any structural differences between the pre / post faclift models.

Weights for everything Unladen Weight (Ready to drive, full tank, without special equipment)

For a MAX GROSS weight limit add 460Kg for saloons, 400Kg for Convertible & 480Kg for tourers.

All figures approximate, as taken from various BMW Handbooks.

318iS
Manual 2 door 1125Kg

Don't have figures for a 323i so here are some for a 325i instead !
325i
Manual 2 door 1200Kg
Manual 4 door 1220Kg
Auto 2 door 1220Kg
Auto 4 door 1240Kg
1 & 2 bed flats in Bournemouth areas, with parking
