how much sould i be folking out to get my tracking sorted out??

iv just been speaking to a mate of mine who said 35 quid 8O fcuk off i said, but he recons the place does the 4 wheel lazer allignment (typo) so is that about right or is it daylight robbery??

coz at the end of the day there only turning a couple of nut's realy

assuming they'll use the rear setup to make sure both fronts have the correct individual toe setting ( rather than as a pair) it could be Ԛ£35 well spent dude. Cheap enough TBH, normal front only track is Ԛ£25 round here now

i'll pop along and see what the crack is in the morning, but i still begrudge giving someone 35quid to turn a couple of nuts tho,

Ԛ£35? thats good am about to pay Ԛ£45+ next week to have mines done, if it is a proper 4 wheel lazer allignment where they do all 4x1 (in a go).. and not each wheel, then go for it coz thats 50k-70k worth of equpment they are useing on you car... :cool:

yeah he recons they put the car up on the ramp's then they put the lazers on each wheel then ajust to suit

as ant said if they use it properly taking thrust angle into account then its fine...

hello nick, i got it done at a place called.............


north eastern tyre and exhaust,
middle engine lane,
silverlink,
the toon upon tyne,

thinking of getting your's done fella, they check it for FREE then if it needs ajusted they'll tell you what needs done and give you a print out like the one in the pic,
id advise anyone to get there arse there just for the fact that you can sit there drink tea eat free sweets and watch all the work there doing on plasma screens in the waiting room : ) the computer screens show you how much its out and while the dude's are adjusting it the little needles go bezerk till there all green and straight : )
