Turbo choice?

Currently starting a M20 turbo project and are looking for approximately 300bhp, what turbo should i use. Have been looking at T3, but seems to be alot of cheap T28 off the 200sx available would this be ok.

Don't want it to be too laggy

Any advise would be welcome.

T3 would give lag free performance on a m20b25, probably a good idea to post the details of the turbo so others can share there knowledge of the turbo's they use or have used.
