Hi folks, taking off the injectors on my 325i 1990. Are they a push fit into the inlet manifold I have tryed to pull them and they all feel tight so dont wont to try that hard. Is it a rubber washer seal that holds them in. :D

spot on dude !

once the 10mm headed bolts are removed from the fuel rail, use a large flat blade screwdriver to pop the injectors out, best to leave the fuel rail attatched, the whole assy will come out if you remove the rocker cover

Dont forget new seals !!

OK

Unbolt the fuel rail, remove the feed and return lines, leave the injector clips in place.

good squirt of WD round the lower seals.

place flat blade under the fuel rail and using the r/cover as a pivot, push down on the 'driver and the injectors will pop out, you'll need to work from one end and "walk" the whole thing out.

once all are popped free, reomve the R/cover and withdraw the fuel rail towards you
