Window surround removal

Getting car sprayed at w/e how do you remove the outer door window trims ie the broad trim to the rear of window, the door top outer trim, and the outer trim at the top of the door skin. cheers matt.

There's a thread with a link to another site somewhere which has pics showing exactly how to do it.
Can't give it to you though, as it's on my recently deceased PC.
