3.91 lsd having problems it wont slip out

i've had a slipper (LSD) fitted to my car and it wont slip out never had a problem like this before but i need some help, do you think that the oil being low could cause this cheers

Check the oil, but it could be that the clutch pack inside the diff are knackered. Or...it's an open diff!
