Damn it, you got me... but it's sitting on the edge of the bed, not the lounge floor...stuartgallafant wrote:so you can take it out and pretend to play 'cars' with it whilst sat on the living room floor!!!!Geeman wrote:Might put it away and save it for a rainy day...

I prefer the larger wheels personally.. I love the Tech2 in my mates e36 but much prefer the Tech1 in my 318iS to the Smaller Tech2 in my mates sport.
The smaller one feels too chunky in my big shovel hands..

I bought it,looks spot on.
Its the larger one (285mm) . Its the same size as the later 4 spoke alpina (MOMO) one i had on.
I really liked the alpina one but i have removed all the alpina stuff from the car now.I did think about just putting a bmw badge on the alpina steering wheel but couldn't bring myself to do it.
Also,i checked the etk and it says 270mm and 285mm for the tech 2 wheel so not a massive differance.
cheers

I think you're missing about 100mm off your measurements there mate!
385mm large diameter 370mm small - same sizes apply to the mtech 1 steering wheels. The alpina ones are 380mm I think.
......Yes I know i'm a pedantic bastard!
