I have three sets in the garage, some worked, some didn't, now they are all mixed up. There are 4 wires in the plug, which ones do I run a pos and neg to to test the motors?
Thanks

Brown wire is earth (negative).
Apply 12V+ to the red wire and the motor should run continuously.
Apply 12V+ to the black wire and, once the motor has moved away from it's parked position, it will run untill it has completed its sequence.
The fourth wire is only fitted to right hand (?)side motors, and controls the washer pump.
