I'm looking to get some Rondell type 34 or 58 alloys in 7.5j X 16inch, what's the correct offset in this size ?
I suspect I'll need spigot rings and spacers for these as they only come in et35 and 70.4 centre bore for the 4x100 PCD.
Also what's the correct size tyre for this size on the E30 ?
Cheers,
Iain T

Here we go, scroll to E30. http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/bmw_wheel_fitments.pdf
for every ET over the correct offset, you'll need 1mm spacer

i use 215/40/16's on my 7J16 alpina replicas and they're spot on. the rolling diameter is about as close to the original 15" sport spec as you can get. handling is great too!
toyo proxes are about £200 a set on here in this size which isn't at all bad! http://ssl.delti.com/mytires/Tyres.html
budget tyres start at about £150 a set

A tyre size that is the correct rolling diameter (and looks good) is 205/50/16
