What size spacers are safe?

Do they all eat whell bearings or only after a specific size.

Would 5/10mm spacers do much Dmg or cause any nasty vibrations etc?

I might have to use these so i need to know what to look for..do they need to be hubcentric? are they ok to use with spiggot rings attached?

Any 'Spacer' advice/tips would be good

as long as they are deticated spaces you sould be ok, make sure you get longer wheel bolts aswell
