Buzzing gearstick??? Help pls

as above really

gearchange seems ok can sometimes be a little stiff

but when driving along you can hear a buzzing from the bottom of the gearstick
you can also feel it when your hands on the stick
can also be heard outside the car

any ideas folks??

yeah i reckon so mate, little plastic washers they should take up your play

they are a little fiddly to fit due to location but it can be done
