Hi Guys,

As mentioned in another post I have just aquired this car.
I need a UK dial conversion to MPH, but don't want to recalibrate the Odometer.

I have seen the Lockewood dials but have two problems, I want to keep the black dials (all theirs are yellow, cream etc.) and I want to keep Km by the odometer.

Anyone got any suggestions? I have emailed a company about KPH dials, and wait for response (IE. a kph dial that shows mph as secondary).

Also I have heard of stickers for the clear plastic as a temporary measure that sit over the existing odometer. Anyone know where to get them?
I really need the mph to remind me, even though I know, how fast I'm going. This car is by far the fastest thing I've ever driven!

Regards,

Frank

You can fit the dial off a UK speedo easily enough in place of the km one.

Thanks, but this will leave my odometer reading miles instead of Km.
Not sure that I really want to recalibrate the odometer since all the paper work is already done for the Km the car has done.

Is a good idea of where to get a black one though, maybe I can change the notation to Km myself with a transfer.

Ltrs,

Frank

Just the dial, not the whole speedo unit. Needle just pulls off and the dials held on by two tiny screws.
