I am sitting down comfortably.. so come on how much are they from a dealer?

The 318i has had full service, new dizzy and rotor but not HT leads yet, dont really want to buy second hand as you never know how old they are really but i probably have to.

the HT leads on a BMW are the same as the dizzy caps-supposedly for the life of the car-if it starts ok and pulls cleanly then they probably dont need changing

bmw leads don't go wrong unless horribly neglected!

they should be fine if they look in good condition
