i have bought a remote central locking kit -
im going to install it in the glove box area
its a simple system which only needs 4 wires
1. 12v power via fuse
2.negative output unlock
3. negative output lock
4 . negative
My question is where can i find a permanent positive wire in the glove box area
and is the lock wire yellow/blue and the unlock wire green/blue
any info on fitting these would be usefull
thanks

HI I hope the piece below helps, brianmooore a team member supplied the advice.
I bought a retro fit but gave up as it was to complicated for my simple mind.
"Brown and white appear to be the lock and unlock request wires.
Blue and green work the motors.
When the doors lock, either the blue or the green are connected to earth and the other connected to 12V+. To unlock, the blue and green are reversed.
Try connecting the green and blue to the E30 lock/unlock request wires, each through a diode, like a 1N4007, with the cathode (band on the diode) ends to the blue and green.
If this doesn't work, you'll have to use a couple of small relays as well."
