my coulpling is not working so i need to renew it .

i know i need a 32mm spanner for the nut .

Do i need to remove anything at the front of the engine to get at it for example radiator or dizzy cap ? or will it drop out when i undo the nut ?

Where is the best place to buy the coupling i have heard about storage problems with them ?

GSF sell genuine Sachs viscous, they should be stored the correct way, but the part will be guaranteed, so if defective, you will be able to return it.

I've never removed anything to change a viscous, it will drop out, and you can pull it out of the bottom, or on the airbox side, just remember it's a left hand thread.
