heater box on my baby ,needs advise

Hi
any idea where else it can leak ( no rust enywere , no holes )
i have used selicone to wrap all over heater matrix ( box)
but every time i'm in the car wash i have smole leak to the pass side flore, tiny one but steel unplesant
so should i get new gasket on the heater box
unscrew 4 nutts from the engine side
drop heater box down
put new gasket and try all over again and shut up

Hi Have you tried clearing out debris from water channel
below wipers and cleaning out "elephants trunk"drain pipe if you have one,
as I had similar prob.

yeap.
i took it all apart
it's clean ,only one place heater box , i put my hand under the carpet
pour some water into it and my hand got wet right in the center of the heater box ,so i assume that no other place
