pants mate, you can't talk to anybody, took my car back 3 times to sort out a belt problem and they did nothing. Used them a couple of times and never again.

I use Eden Motors in Yeovil, bit of a bugger as I live in Taunton so its a 60 mile round trip! The things I do for my car winkeye . Asked around here myself and jon has been the first person to actually be positive, best I had was indifference.

I found Grants used to be ok, but now they will only talk to you if you have a new BMW.

Anything too old isnt where the money comes from anymore, so from a business point of view they dont seem interested.

I spent half hour there just waiting to talk to someone and then when I finally did, I was then asked to wait again because someone who had bought a car from them wanted to ask a question :(

Im sure they would do a good job, but customer service isnt their strong point.

drowning man

no problems. i never used them as ive not had to, but i know a couple of people who have said good things about them.

although you dont know untill you leave your car in there hands. iDreamBeemer, and jmc330i have made some good points there.

thats a shame what jmc said about the new bmw thing.

i remember going there in 1998 with my parents on the way back from cornwall. i had just past my test and was looking for an e30, richard(is that his name? i cant remember), was very helpfull, i was tempted by a doom blue, crome 318i they had comming in. lol.

they had a alpine white sport, and e28 535i in the showroom then.

looks like times have changed.
