Just wondered what sort of price it is to get 4 wheels refurbed and powdercoated a different colour?

Anyone know anywhere around Braintree/Chelmsford/Colchester thats cheap + good?

Cheers :D

cheap + good tend to be at different ends of the scale!

Take a trip over the Thames to Gillingham, you'll find http://www.lepsons.com they are the best! will do what ever you want for £50 / wheel,

Will these wheel refurbers sort out flat spots too? One of the wheels from a set I eventually want to get painted has a bit of a dent in the rim.

oh yes!! i'd hit so many potholes, my wheels were like 50pence peices!!

lepsons straightened, powdercoated, fillered and mirror polished the lips, and then laquered all 4 of my wheels. 2 of my wheels were so bad, they said they nearly couldnt do them!!!

Cool.

Reckon I'm either gonna go for black BBS with polished lip, OR diamond cut BBS with polished lip.

Any idea on price?

Probably wont get them done till next year though :( Got loads of other bits to sort out first.

Lepsons just did my Hartge, the £50 includes removing the tyre and refitting so if you dont have tyres on the rims it would be less. I was quoted £45 as I didnt want the original tyres refitted.

And the new tyres I bought from them came with free fitting.

They look the nuts as well
