1983 2 door 318i rear inner wheel arch panel

Hi all,
Just wondering if any one has details of suppliers where I could get this panel from.
The old tin worm has been very busy but the car has only done 70 000 mls and the rest is in very good shape. Don't want to scrap if I can save.

This is the diagram from realOEM it is item 7 WHEELHOUSE OUTER REAR RIGHT is the bit I need.
