Who has a 282 / 272 Cam? How do you like it?

I want to buy a cam for my 325i, and wonder how you like your 282/272 cams?

Where does the power come in?

Is the engine a slug until it comes into the cam?

The car is a road and track car --- 3.91 LSD, Sport gearbox.

Have a look at the Zone shop (under engine tuning), they offer a variety of Schrick products (which is the best for BMW cams) with a description which, you may find useful. Think the 272/272 is the best for everday use.

seeing as its gonna see track time i'd use the 288/288 personally.. doubt there would be much difference in low end
