My 327i passed her MOT today :D

However she has 2 adisories, leaking power steering rack and a hole in the nearside inner sill :cry:

The sill will be getting sorted when Beardymat gets his bigger bodyshop :)

On the steering rack front I've been under the car weighing up the clearance with the BTB 6 branch, I reckon there's plenty of room for an E36 rack !

I tried the E36 rack conversion earlier this year but it went tits up when my conversion pipes pissed oil from most of the connectors and the thread stripped from the rack :x

I have a modded coupling (not like the one in the article) and I reckon it's gonna fit.

I'm using an E36 rack on my cossie conversion, piss easy to get the pipes to fit, especially when you slip a hydraulics company employee a backhander to make a couple of pipes up with compression fittings on the sides :mad: :mad: :mad:
