Im in the process of dismantling a 325i touring and want to transfer the shock absorbers to my saloon. Ive had a look and they are Koni gas adjustable shocks, yellow in colour - are these any good? I want to uprate the suspension on my saloon, just want to double check they will fit.

Thanks,

Tourings have mtech uprated suspension as standard, and will fit straight on to a saloon, except possibly the rear springs. Saloon springs don't work well on a touring, so I'm guessing the reverse is true. Would ride too high for a start.

I'd say, if the springs are uprated too, then they should be fine on a saloon, as if they are uprated, then are likely to be lowered, and should give a good ride, give them a go, rear suspension is nice and easy to change anyway.
