Yep its the docklands one, its a pretty good show, in our last half hour we went on a freebie hunt and did pretty well
A few pointers though:
Get there early and go straight to the Mazda Zoom-Zoom challenge (which is outside) to sign up and get a time to go back, they dont have many spaces for this! (YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE YOUR DRIVING LISENCE!!!!) you can also book at the Mazda stand like we did but it seems its easier if done at the Mazda arena.
Then head over to the Adventure area (4x4 thing) as this is best done before the ques build up.
By now you might be quite hot, so, head indoors and go into the hall on the left, the first stand is Ford, go to the left hand side at the rear of the stand and there are 2 staff handing out orange ice lollies (there were just what we needed and made several return trips as they are FREE!). Also on the ford stand they are handing out orange segments and free cups of drink (the drinks are a bit nasty though, lol).
Obviously you will be heading to the BMW stand at some point so make sure you have your BMW keys with you and you will be given access to the drivers lounge with big comfy seats and free soft drinks (proper drinks in glasses with ice! Made a lovely stop off point).
There is also a Land Rover 4x4 thing but we didnt bother with that as its kind of a smaller version of the other one.
Most importantly, make sure you have a good day!
Hope these tips help.

Oh, a few freebie hunter tips:
FORD - Ice lollies, drinks and oranges
RAC - Driving test theory book, lolly and keyring
SAAB - Jelly beans in a cardboard car
SHELL - Boiled sweets (if they have stocked up after we cleared them out!)
MAZDA - Sherbert lemons (as above, lol)
HONDA - Make a small donation to their charity (my bro gave 1p the tight git!) and get The Cog advert on DVD, Hate Something Change Something DVD and a drawstring bag/backpack with Type-R on it
CADILLAC - CD Rom in a DVD case
GARMIN - Stress releif balls (you can throw them pretty far) and pens
NIVEA - A 'For Men' pack of miniture deoderant, shower gel and moisteriser (you can keep going back for this one, we did)
HIGHWAYS AGENCY - A map book and a kind of knitted Ipod/mobile phone holder with neck strap (blue or pink, or one of each!)
HYUNDAI - Metal football 2006 keyring, football 2006 pen
CAROL NASH INSURANCE - Air freshener, pen, keyring and mug (if you are light fingured [its ok, they MUST be insured against loss!])
VAUXHALL - A bag and a dodgy USB type thing that you plug in and it takes you to their website
KIA - Pen and a DVD/CD Rom (not sure what it is yet)
CHEVROLET - Jelly beans in a cardboard car, pen, fancy pen, balloon and a fury creature with wobbly eyes
And thats about it, well it was for us anyway. You still have the usual:
Autotrader for £1.50 with Top Marques mag, small Autoglym polish and a small shammy
Evo mag for £2 with a drink
Auto Express mag £1 (I think) with a Kit Kat peanut and a bottle of p1ss water (thats what it looks like)
And Top Gear mag £2 with nothing!
Also on the way out they were giving away free cans of Zero Coke (small cans but they were cold)
Have fun!
