Got a phone call from my local dealers telling me they cant supply "cut" keys anymore as the dealership that had the machine Rydale Warley Birmingham dont have it anymore :?

He also told me the only type of key they can get is the standard black, I wanted one with a torch,

Anyone tried to get a key lately? Wondering if its like this all over the country?

I had one about 3 months ago (with torch type) Dealer had to identify the car and send off for it (Gemany?) took about a 3-4 days to get to us.

Cant remember how much it was though :?

you can get uncut keys from US ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-OEM- ... enameZWDVW

Why don't we get a load all together, save on postage then just get 'em cut at our respectve local key cutters?
