just a quick one

anyone know what is involved in testing these? is it simply taking the small plastic cover of the top of the strut housing and bouncing the car?

or is there more too it?

Take it lock-to-lock and observe the top mounts as you do so - should be nice and smooth with no jerks.

If you can tell with a visual check they're long gone!

If you do end up doing them, buy thtem from GSF as the ECP ones don't have bearings.

About £15 each, woth doing if your changing springs.

They also make a grinding, growling noise when you are turning the wheels
