Not 100% yet, sure is small though, gonna be LOUD!

Either centre and no rear or just rear, see what it fits like at the weekend.

It's a box full of sections that should make a system when all together, most of it connects up fine, just a few welds and some putty. Bulkhead and past manifold is gonna be the fun part!

Re Diff, I believe it needs a new part, something about too much pressure on the input has damaged something inside, parts are £200 or so, just waiting to know which bits and where to get them!

Will send you some money when the things fixed and workin!
( If thats ok with you that is?)

Oooooooh :D

Stainless? :)

Still haven't found that bloody solenoid! :(

I know they're in a carrier bag somewhere which also has a receipt for parts I need to pay my ol' man for. Gggrrrrrrr! Why must people move things?!

I'm borrowing a friends MIG and hopefully I can sort into three sections with exhaust clamps holding them for easy removal if needed.

I've a mental image of what it will look like but we'll see how it goes, just the steering clearence to worry about and I may lose some more of my battery tray

Grinders all ready to cut the old one off so that'll be a nice job I'm sure.

I wimped out Alex, sorry, alu-steel and I was suprised to see the 90' bends aren't actually bent at all, more cut and welded so a true 3 inch all the way through.
It's got over bore connections on all of the sections, so if I find the longer 90' bends will work then it would be a very easy install indeed.

I wasn't brave enough ( read able or skilled enough ) to attempt to make my backbox, I'll leave that to you master fabricators out there :D

Dean,

Looking good dude  but where are the installed pics?

and the videos?? :D

Toby,

plan is to see how it sounds with the box at the rear, if not try it in the middle. Should have it sorted by the weekend, trying to get some time off later in the week.

If I can get Thursday off too I'll pop down and give Ant a hand with you know what :D but if it's 30'c+ still I'll be at home on my sun lounger!

btw a vid is well over due now
