Exactly, after all this stuff about how this place is a community and we should help each other out. Seems a lot of people are advocating buying a probably stolen car with a shifty V5....

nonononono i wouldnt buy a stolen car for the life of me as i know wat its like to have one stolen from beneath ur feet!! dont even go there i also dont deal with ppl who do but thru various ppl round london area where im originally from you know of these ppl!! anyone who knows me know that i wouldnt contend with such a thing!

just setting the record straight personally id forget buying it and get on a plane to germany and just buy something good anyway even if its no m3

i just found a rather nice 320is :cool: for less than 3500

i am from Crawley, Sussex , go to ilford a few times a week.

jus spoken to a someone Bimzee and its the real thing, there was some confusion, it needed a bit of work thats why it was cheap.

its gone anyway now, never mind!

DVLA CONFIRMED THAT A 320 MATCHING THE THE DETAILS ON THE E30 M3 WAS A SCRAPPED

FOR SOME STRANGE REASON I HAVE RECIVED MY LOG BOOK FROM DVLA BUT IT SAYS 2.5ltr ,
BUT I'm pretty sure THAT MY CAR IS 2302 ltr
AE 41526 WIN NUMBER MARCH 1990
I have sand it back to DVLA to correct but they didn't change displacement so i got log book with 2,5 power plant according to the DVLA

assuming you have the original engine....

running your chassis number through realoem.com your car is fitted with the 234S2 engine (2.3L) which produces 215 BHP found in the late model cars.

I believe the 2.5L engines produced 225BHP as standard, Evo 3 ????

what if the guy who sold my messershmitt to my mate back in Germany put 2,5 L plant. When Mark that's my mate's name went to pick it up fella has said that this car was his project .
how to check this up i.e. should be any special number on the block or something to determine the exact displacement?
