Big job getting to the OBC bulbs?

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

The bulbs on my OBC have gone so I can barely see it except in good light. Is it a major pain in the ass to change them? The main dash ones cut out some times too but a little tap puts them back on so I'll have a go at those too. lol

Yes!

I don't know if I was doing t wrong, but you need to get the OBC out (4 screws that you need to get to from behing the the side of the glove box. Very fiddly.

The bulb itself just slides out the side, but there are a couple. One for buttons and one for display I think.

I can be very difficult trying to get the OBC back in and screwed up

you may well be better off removing the entire panel that the obc sits in. It's only 4 screws and if you remove your upper switches and heater controls you can pull it out far enough not to have to remove the obc. It may sound like more work but it'll be a lot less frustrating.

Will have a look at the weekend and see. Cheers folks.
Nice engine in your car there btw. Did you paint it black and then rub down the writing and lines yourself?
