tech 1 electrics problems

ok
started up the tech1 today
went round checking stuff

and with ign on but lights off

th drivers side front and rear indicators a very dimly lit not flashing

when you click stalk indicators work as they should bit dim drrivers side

i know its prob an earth but which one and where??

also most of the check panel is lit up too

but when i check fluids etc theyre fine

any help appreciated

Weird one. Never come across the indicator one, but most problems are down to the hazard switch rather than the stalk.
There aren't many earth points on an E30. - Behind left headlamp on inner wing. back left corner of rear seat pan, bolt on front right suspension turret, minor ones on each column stalk securing bolts and near the sunroof switch, and the one most likely to be relevent to your problems, above the back of the glovebox.

you dont have 24 volt bulbs fitted do you ?
