se and sport - whats the actual difference?

Might seem like a bit of a newbie question, but as the title says, what is the actual difference between a 325i sport and se?

SE - SpecialEquipment I think?
ie: electric everything,

Sport: mtech suspension, LSD, Black Headlining ,

i'm sure others will post the exact differences but thats the bones of it i think?

Some sports will differ depending on what people bought as optional extras. Could apply to the SE too but this is already a high spec so I doubt you will see much variation

I thought the SE is a higher spec than the Sport as a standard factory spec, but all options were available from the dealer - Ive seen a 325ise with LSD, Mtech kit etc all on the original spec list from new.

iv got an se with mtech sus and lsd so not a lot in mycase

Mine has everything sport except roof lining (not fussed that its grey as i have grey m-tech leather) but in a se shell
