what is that black matt paint for painting rocker cover?

I am looking to get my paws on some of that matt finish metal paint that people use for their fancy manifolds and rocker covers? maybe if i got the exact name i could search for it over here or ebay it.

I used Hammerite paint for mine but you people often get them powdercoated

or sperex...some people have used Harley Davidson vht crinkle paint
reckon you need a VHT paint ..over 500c

the local factors had sperex - matt black
