Thought I'd spend a few hours pampering the little petal so started off with a nice wash and whilst I was leathering it I found some really nice key marks all over the place. 4 on the bonnet, 2 on the rear qtr and one on the front wing!!!
Other than car parks when I take it out shopping I never leave it anywhere!!! Really pi**es me off.....why do people do this?? I havent had any sort of road rage in this car to make someone want to do it to me!!!
Totally pi**ed off

Its lucky cos it hasnt gone all the way down to the metal so some trusty T-cut or compound and some elbmow grease will hopefully sort it out.

I am usually a Pacifist, anti-war, flowers in hair type of person
But I would gladly beat the living daylights out of anyone who defaced an M3.
I was livid when someone keyed my 318i even though its a £700 lump of metal i was still fuming.
Someone has now opened their door onto the middle of the door of my.. ahem... Toyota Carina

at the end of the day mate, the sort of people that do that are low life council estate scum, they have no appreciation for anyones property. they are more than likely thick as shit. you see..... you dont see many of the m3's about, they see it, they want it..... but they cant afford it, so they get all pissed off with there sad lives, then they wind themselves up about there shit job and lack of money and the only way that they can make themselves feel better is to key your car. ufcking haters! i would give my left nut to catch some little prick doing that to my car or any car for that matter, i would hit them so hard there grandmother will feel it, and when they go down.... out comes the wheel brace, they need to be taught a lesson! my 2p.

As someone said it is not council estate people that always do this i have soom good mates who live on council estates some of them are quite nice and would live there myself.
Just mindless wankers from all backgrounds just annoys the F*** out of me when you look after something and spend time and money on it for some tosspot to damage it.
I would probably end up doing time so would make it a "good un" if i caught them.
If i see a nice car i like to look around it not damage it.
Gutted for you mate try some 3M finesse as used by bodyshops good for getting rid of scratches rule of thumb is if you wet it and cannot see it, it will polish out.
Cheers Jim.

Ive spent all day and evening cutting them out and they have all come out!!!! Thank christ Steve gave it plenty of coats when he painted it.
As someone else said it can be anyone that does it and for whatever reason they feel the need to do it.....but if I catch anyone near my car I will have to get my wheel brace to their nadgers
Cheers for all the kind words lads, its appreciated
