What do you recommend to put on 7.5J x 16's ??

Could i go 225 with rim protectors?

Im only on a 40mm drop and previoulsy had 7J x 17's

Still wanna keep the low profile look..dont like fat tyres but never owned 16's so not to sure on what sizeing to go for

any recomendation?

I run 205-50-16's on the front and 225-45-16's on the back, these are the more or less exactly the same overall diameter as the standard items, so there is no loss in accuracy in the speedo.

i got 7.5" x 16" Azev A's on my iS and im using 205/45 R16's 91V Goodyear eagle F1's

that tyre size is expensive, but i wouldnt change to anything else. the 205 really sticks to the road, and the 45 profile doesnt look ridiculously big either

i just got my wheels back from refurb, so watch out in the next few days for some pics in the photo gallery forum. i'll go into more detail...
