Rear diff + Shalfs...urgent help!

Right engine's in my Touring now,

Got the rear diff and drive shalfs also the prop off the 2.5.

Do I need to change over the driveshalfs aswell or are my 318 one's the same?

I believe they are the same mate.. The diff flanges make up the difference in sizes of diff, not the driveshafts. In fact they are all the same I think with only the ZMRoadster having different ones (slightly thicker).

Yep, just fit the 325i diff and prop.

The 318i shafts will be fine.
